Episode 13:
Daytime in New Orleans. Finn chanting another spell. Over maps. The maps catch on fire. He gets angry. Freya walks in. He doesn't recognize her. Who are you? She says fitting I'd find you up here. We climbed trees when we wanted to commit a bit of mischief. Now Finn, don't break my heart and tell me you've forgotten me. Freya? She hugs him.
Rebekah tells Klaus that her portrait isn't correct. Elijah is on speakerphone. Rebekah told them about Freya. Klaus asked if Dalia lives as well? She doesn't know. Elijah tells them to stop bickering. Klaus wants to kill Jackson. Elijah says he'll do nothing to jeopardize the wedding.
Hayley asks Jack why people are leaving brooms on the porch. The community would let you jump the broom. Have sex while engaged. LOL, her face. Jack likes teasing her, obviously. He's been working on making a crib. Aww. And he's getting word from packs outside Louisiana. They want in on the ritual. Coming today to bow down to Jackson and Hayley as new alphas.
Rebekah looking for Klaus. Aiden says Finn has Marcel. This family makes me want to murder people. Kol walks in. Says he needs their help. Finn locked me in this body! Cursed me to die. And you don't believe me. Klaus tells him to spare the pity party. Kol tells Rebekah she deserved the punishment, but he doesn't deserve to die. She says Kol isn't lying now. Nik, Finn wants a secret about you from Marcel! And he has the means to get it out of him.
Freya only gets to wake for a single year of life in a cycle. Aging slowly, since she's in stasis the rest of the years. Dalia doesn't just live, she hunts. Freya fled long ago and has been running since. Betrayal is punishable by death. Finn mentions the curse. Freya says there are no firstborns for Dalia to take. Finn tells her Nik had a daughter. She's hidden. Finn's been searching, but the child is impossible to find. Freya says we need some items. Nothing is impossible. Some things have to die so that others might live.
Oh dear.....
The sleeping vampires. Marcel wakes and tries talking to Gia. Finn comes in. I've got a job for you. Marcel refuses. Finn stakes one of the vamps and rips the heart out of another. Marcel reconsiders. Finn says I need you to bring me Hayley's blood.
The safe house. Elijah in the kitchen. The baby yanked on the table cloth and got a scratch on her head. Elijah's startled at the blood. He's still suffering.
Kol and Rebekah preparing a spell. Klaus says call Davina. We need a stronger witch. Do you remember the spell Finn said to lock you in your body? All I need to do is pull it from your memory. Klaus grabs Kol's head and sees his plan to dagger him. Klaus tosses Kol.
Camille tells Elijah that it takes time to settle. There's no easy fix for PTSD. She suggests he do house repair and not think. Dwelling on the problem doesn't help.
Jackson playing with the kids. Hayley watches. She says the meeting is at Mary's. Go ahead, I'll be right there. She catches Marcel. He says Finn sent me to get your blood. He's looking for your daughter. How does he know? Put 2 and 2 together. Marcel says I have to give him something. He's killing my guys every hour until he gets it. She needs to call Klaus.
Klaus and Kol yelling at each other. Kol tells him and Rebekah they can figure out how to kill Finn themselves. Leaves. Rebekah tells him his temper will be the death of him. Hayley calls.
Kol cries at his lair. Has a bloody nose. Finn calls him. A proposition. Draw some of Klaus's blood. Bring it in an hour and I'll heal you. Kol says it'll be his pleasure.
Crap......and Rebekah's right. Klaus's temper will damn him.....and Hope.
Elijah has some old blues playing while he mends the fence.
Klaus trying to call Elijah. Rebekah tells him to remain calm. Kol comes in and attacks. Makes Klaus bleed. Kol says I'm not the bad guy! I was preparing that dagger to protect myself! Klaus attacks him. Kol says kill me! Klaus drops him. I'm not going to kill you, you idiot! you're my brother. You are a Mikaelson! You're my blood and I need you. I need you by my side. Kol says what does that even mean? I haven't earned the right to share your secrets, have I? No, you haven't, but prove yourself....it's not too late. Klaus pulls him up. Kol says Finn wants your blood. Tell me why he wants it and I'll help you. There's no reversing what Finn's done to me. I'll be damned before he gets what he wants. Klaus says I plan to kill Finn tonight. Help me and I'll share my secret with you. Kol gives the address. Go in my head and find the spell. Let's finish this.
Wolf meeting. Mary speaks. Hayley joins Jackson and says we have a problem. I need some of your blood. It's a stall, I'll explain later. Mary collects blood from the alpha wolves. Mixing the blood creates a new pack. Jackson bleeds in the bowl, too.
Klaus, Kol, and Rebekah at the church. Kol admires the remnants of the spell. Rebekah points to something. Kol pulls it out of the ash. Rune tile. The symbol for baby. That's it, isn't it? Your baby is still alive. Rebekah and Klaus figure that Finn already knows where Hope is and is on the way to the safe house.
Klaus calls Elijah. Finn knows everything. He's on his way. Elijah sees Finn is there. He tosses Elijah.
Eeep! Will the house keep Finn out? Camille and Hope are helpless in there. Can she and Elijah hold Finn off long enough for Klaus and co. to arrive?
Camille is out of the house with Hope. She's at the market. And Hope's scratch is already healed. She left her phone at the house. Was Freya looking at the produce?
Kol says he can't sever the channeling link, but there is something to try.
Elijah and Finn. Finn says we have more than one sister and she doesn't like you much. Freya. Finn says Mother warned me about Dalia.
Hayley wants to go. But it's 6 hours away. Marcel tells her to help Jackson and make that wolf army to protect Hope tomorrow. Elijah won't let anything happen to Hope today.
Vampires wake up in a van in the woods. They smell blood. Oh, no, the wolf camp.....
Elijah tells Finn he's pathetic. Finn says I do this for the members of the family that can still be saved. He stakes Elijah.
Yikes! At least Camille and Hope are off the property right now. Will Hope's innate power protect her today?
Cemetery. Kol says we're here to overload Finn's power. A witch can only channel so much. He'll have to release power or die. Rebekah says this is the side of you I like. He says he'll put her in her body. Promises. Klaus brought the artifacts Kol asked for. And the White Oak stake. Whatever you need, whatever it takes. Then let's get started. Kol and Rebekah join hands.
Jackson and the wolves at work on the ceremony. The vampires arrive. They start biting. Hayley and Marcel break their necks. The wolves go into the cabin. Hole up until Finn's spell wears off.
Finn enters the house.
Elijah wakes up.
Finn calls for Camille. Elijah pulls the rake handle out of his chest.
Rebekah and Kol chanting. We're close. We need something to put it over the top. Klaus volunteers himself to channel. Here's my trust, brother. Do not fail me. Klaus is added to the spell. Kol and Rebekah go back to work.
Finn looking through the house. Elijah throws a knife into him.
Rebekah and Kol's spell starts working. Finn sends Elijah flying through a wall. The gas line is severed. Elijah's caught up in the blood.....
Finn in pain. Collapses.
Hayley keeps working on the vampires. Then they all pass out. Spell broken.
Rebekah tells Kol he's a genius. They hug. Kol coughs. She says she won't let him die. Whatever it takes.
Jackson find Hayley. She hugs him. This stuff will only get worse. We need to get married as soon as possible.
Klaus awake. Tell me it worked. Finn is back to normal strength. Klaus says I'm reminded of something Elijah says. Family is power. Thanks them. Kol says you're welcome. Klaus is sure Elijah will prevail.
Finn gets up. Elijah is still stuck on the blood memories. Finn is behind him.
Camille heading toward the house.
Finn tells Elijah you're a mess. And Untidiness is your undoing. Are you having bad memories now? Of Tatia? Or any of the other pour souls you killed? And the child will be another of your victims. She will die. I suppose your niece never had a chance.
Camille's car dies. Did Hope do that?
Finn still talking to Elijah. Elijah says my mind is quite clear. Much like the gas in this home. You have disgraced this family for the last time. Elijah lights his hand on fire to ignite the gas.
Camille sees the house explode. And the car works again. She looks back at Hope.
Next week - Wedding time. Elijah won't let Klaus harm Jackson on the wedding day.
