04/17/2015 (08:00PM - 09:00PM) (Friday) : A NATIVE AMERICAN MYTH COMES TO LIFE -- A homicide leads Nick (David Giuntoli) and Hank (Russell Hornsby) onto the dark and mysterious path of a local Native American power quest. Meanwhile, Juliette's (Bitsie Tulloch) erratic behavior lands her on the wrong side of the law. At the spice shop, Rosalee (Bree Turner) and Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) are on a mission and call on Captain Renard (Sasha Roiz) for help. Reggie Lee and Claire Coffee also star. TV-PG L, V

Ep 18 recap:

2 days from now. Hank and Nick fighting! Hank's trying to kill him. Nick sees a cat spirit.

Now - Dinner at Monroe and Rosalee's. She hugs Nick. There's wine. Nick asks for something stronger. Sure. Hank says it's nice to have a homecooked meal for a change. Rosalee asks how are things. Nick talks about Juliette. He feels like he's running out of time. Am I missing something? I drive around every night looking for her. He apologizes and leaves. He can't sit like normal.

Rosalee says we need to talk to Sean about that book. We're going to find something that works. Hank says we still need Juliette.

She's at a bar. Orders a vodka. A guy offers to buy her drink. She drinks it and says he can buy the next one, too. He's Rick. She makes him guess her name. He says Jackie? Sure. She asks who's your friend. Think you can handle me by yourself? He wants to find out about her. She wogues at him and blows the lights in the place. After tossing him into a table, she leaves.

A school. Janitor hears a noise. Gets a wrench and looks around. The floor buffer turns on. Then he gets jumped and killed.

Wu updates Nick and Hank. Deputy Ferris is there again. Larry looks mauled.

Sean brought the hat and the book. He asks if Nick knows? No. We don't want to give him false hope. Rosalee asks if he's talked to Juliette. He says yeah, she's not the same. Be careful.

Nick and Hank talk to the principal. She says Larry wasn't popular. Didn't engage much. There was some bullying at the beginning of the year. Racial slurs on a Native American boy's locker a few times. Just the custodial staff and herself had access. The boy dropped out when he turned 18. She heard he left his foster family.

Ferris wants to tag along. Her ex husband is in the same tribe.

Young man wakes up with blood on his mouth. He laps water from a pool. Sees a cat reflection instead of his face.

Precinct. Nick and Hank looking up the victim and the kid. The kid's father was murdered. Ferris says there was some road rage incident when Simon was 5. Never caught who did it. We need to find Simon George. She says maybe the tribe knows where he is. Wu tells Nick that Juliette is in custody. Holding her on assault. Nick leaves. Hank and Ferris go to find Simon.

Mechanic under a car. Hears a noise. He's yanked out from under the car and is killed.

Nick asks Juliette what happened. I want to hear it from you. She says do you want to hear it was a mistake? He says you don't have to prove to me it's my fault. We can figure this out. You don't scare me and I'm not letting go. I could never hurt you, Juliette. She wishes she could say the same. I love this feeling. You've been the special one for so long and now I understand and don't want to give it up. Once you're in it and live it, you can't go back. I like this power, Nick. He yells stop it! She says I can't. You really think you can crawl into bed with me again. She wogues. And close your eyes. I didn't have to let them arrest me. I wanted to see if you'd come rescue me. He says I'm not letting you out. It's safer for you in here. She says it's safer for you.

Hank and Ferris talk to a man at the reservation. Ask about Simon. He says Simon is on a power quest. He wants to get closer to his heritage. I helped prepare Simon to reach his spirit guide. He could be gone for another couple days. The spirit can inhabit all nature. Simon could be anywhere on that mountain. But we can try finding him. Hank asks about the death of Simon's father. Yes, he was a friend of mine. It was an act of hatred. Gus was an activist. Hank gets a call.

Nick tells Hank that Juliette doesn't care what he thinks. I'm going to keep her locked up so I can keep talking to her. There's another victim.

Wu updates them. Mauled like the first victim. Let's see if there's a connection between the victims. Wu finds that Larry and this guy knew each other.

Simon and a spirit. The horned beast enters him. His eyes glow yellow now.

Precinct. Hank and Nick and Ferris and Wu looking for names. McClay ran with Declan and Larry.

McClay's house. There's a knock on the door. He grabs a gun. The beast is in the closet. He looks around the house.

Hank and Nick arrive outside. Hear a gunshot. McClay comes flying out a window. Ferris stays with him. Hank and Nick go in.

Hank and Nick see the beast man. It jumps on the roof, then runs away on the other side. Into the woods. Ferris called the paramedics. She says I don't want to sound crazy. Hank says you won't We saw it, too.

Rosalee calls Sean. How much of an ingredient did your mother use? The percentages being altered in the potion can cause an affect. He says this is why these spells are so dangerous. He can't get a hold of her, but there is someone to talk to. Don't do anything until I call you. Sean sees a vision again. He punches out the guy that got coffee ahead of him.

They talk to the spiritual elder again. He shows them a book. you saw a Mishipechu. It's a being that lives in Lake Superior. All 3 victims knew each other and had records. The legend is related to Simon's mother. She was part of a tribe from Lake Superior.

Sean looks in the guy's wallet. A lot of cash. Wu knocks and updates him on the case. Sean says this wallet isn't mine and I just found it. Make sure the owner gets it back. Keep it anonymous, please. Wu asks him what percentage of crime in Portland is Wesen related. Sean says most crime in most places is Wesen related one way or another.

They do a ceremony to enter the dream world. Hank drinks. Ferris drinks. Nick isn't allowed. This could be dangerous for you because you're different. Elder gives them beads that belonged to Simon's parents. Then he chants.

Simon's ankle is badly hurt. He stares at a totem with glowing eyes.

Hank gets twitchy. Where are you? I'm in a truck, my dad's truck. How old are you. 5 and a half. He's seeing Simon's father attacked and killed. There's 3 of them, they're killing my dad! Ferris says she's doesn't feel too good. She's getting too hot. Take her out. The elder tries to get Hank to come out of the dream. But he runs out, knocking Nick over. Hank runs through the woods.

Hank is still in Simon's memories.

Elder says Simon would go to where his father is buried.

Hank gets to the totems. Simon comes out of the bushes. The spirit comes out and enters Hank. Hank on the run again. Hector and Nick and Ferris find Simon. The totem is Mishipechu. It's using Hank for vengeance. Clay's alive, so it'll go finish what it started.

Hank gets to the house. Enters. The spirit finds Hector and Simon there. you're no longer needed here. We know who killed Simon's father. Nick talks to Hank and Hank attacks. Hank tries to kill Nick. Hector blows a dust on Hank and the spirit leaves. Hank asks what happened? Mishipechu borrowed you. He says I saw it. I saw the murder. They come outside to Ferris. Hank grabs McClay and says I know what you did. You beat Simon's father to death. He saw it! McClay says good luck proving it. Get off my property. Ferris asks Simon if that's one of the men. yeah. Let's get you out of here.

Juliette asleep. Nick watches her in the cell. Remembering.

McClay asleep with a gun. The spirit attacks him. Whose body is it in? Ferris! She was possessed.

Next week - Adalind tells Nick she's pregnant. Juliette is bailed out and goes after Adalind.
