SINS OF THE FATHER — When Prometheus ups his killing spree, Oliver (Stephen Amell) searches for connections between the victims. Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and Curtis (Echo Kellum) discover the victims have a mysterious link to Oliver’s past and this new secret could upend his new team. Episode 6:
Night. Team Arrow at a factory. Tracking Church's phone. Oliver knows Prometheus is baiting him. He and Diggle together inside. Dig's new helmet has a visor like Ray's. Phone ringing. Oliver picks it up. Who is this? Breathing. Lights out. So It Begins.
Felicity makes a B5 reference! Thank you, writer. They're discussing Prometheus and Church. She wants to tell the rest of the recruits. Diggle does not agree. Oliver doesn't want to put the recruits in danger.
Oliver in Russia. Failed chemistry in high school twice. Anatoly teaching him how to make a bomb. You have to learn to be Bratva. Oliver's not good at this. Anatoly chuckles. The bar gets attacked. Shot up. Car squeals off. Oliver asks what the hell was that? Kovar declaring war.
Oliver talking to Susan Williams on camera. Quentin arrives late. Thea asks if he has something to share. He says his answer hasn't changed. Thea says Susan went easy on him, relatively. Oliver thanks Susan for giving him the month. She reminds him about the phone number and leaves. Thea and Quentin don't want him to date Susan, lol. Thea has something to show them. An event. Oliver says it's good work. She still needs a venue. Quentin offers to help her.
Woman vacuuming. Picks up toys. Prometheus! She screams. Begs. He kills her.
The crime scene. DA there. Green Arrow arrives. Adrian introduces himself. Arrow came because of the mention of the murder weapon. Adrian asks what do you know that I don't? Killer goes by Prometheus? Text says another body dropped.
Taxi driver killed at a gas station. Diggle suggests she get her hands on ta throwing star. 4 bodies so far. She brings up the recruits again. We should do it now.
Malone. She visits. Morbid joke. He wants her to cut the crap and tell her what's what. She says there's no deception here. Malone called away. She looks at the evidence on the desk.
Susan Williams reporting on the throwing star killer. Thea says this is the worst timing. Oliver knows.
Russia. Oliver upset. You told me I could get at Kovar by joining Bratva! Anatoly says you'll get your chance. Oliver called the American puppy. LOL. Oliver demands answers. Bratva man says Kovar is expanding his territory. He needs money, investors. Like a rich American. Then we'll blow his new casino up.
Felicity and Oliver. She stole the star off Malone's desk. No info luck. But she's hoping for better results from a program. News report of a Prometheus sighting. Oliver says call the team and have them meet me there. And stop calling Susan William's my girlfriend.
Chaos. People rioting and looting. Team Arrow on a rooftop. Oliver gives orders. Heads down. Curtis follows, then Spartan. Artemis helps a woman and child. Curtis helps some wounded. Wild Dog, too. Ragman goes after the shooters. People firing into the air thinking there's a threat. Spartan helps more people. Arrow confronts a man. The throwing star killer isn't here. you're causing panic. Go home now. Police finally arrive.
Oliver not happy. Canvas the city. Help the police maintain order. Recruits aren't happy about being left out. Why didn't we know about this? Oliver says you know now. Get to work. Diggle says Prometheus is calling oliver out. We had to vet the situation. Rene complaining. Rory says there's time for this later. Curtis helps Felicity with the algorith.
Thea tries reaching Oliver on the phone. Texts Quentin. Snoops in his desk. Bottle of alcohol.
Arrow cave. Curtis says the algorithm looked for anagrams. First 4 victims. 3 and 4 were not random. Names Oliver knows. On the List.
Oliver hasn't looked at the List in 4 years. The notebook belonged to my father. I thought it was my way to save the city. Rory says Prometheus thinks you're the serial killer. Evelyn is mad. Calls Oliver a hypocrite. He says you knew I was a killer. She says not a serial killer. i know some of these names!
Oliver in Russia at the casino in progress. Playing the playboy. Brought money. Kovar's man is happy. Why haven't you returned home? Supposedly you're big deal? Oliver knocks out the man. He and the Bratva man place charges. Oliver gets knocked out from behind.
Thea goes to Quentin's place. It's dark. She surprises him. Where the hell have you been? He says bad lunch. She asks when did you relapse? No, you didn't, you've been drinking the whole time. You lied to me. I'm taking you to a meeting. he says you can't help a man that doesn't want help. She says watch me. I'm not letting you give up.
Recruits. Rory hands out schnapps. Rene likes it. Rory says when there's info sharing, there's two different teams. Evelyn is mad about it all. Rene seems fine. She says how do we follow Oliver when his first instinct is to hide things from us? What would tomorrow's revelation be.
Oliver shooting arrows at tennis balls. Dig hasn't seen him do this in a long time. Oliver's upset that the recruits are horrified. Diggle says no, surprised. You've changed. Oliver says I haven't. I killed Damian Darhk and haven't stopped since. Diggle knows about good kills and ones made out of rage. The list was different. you killed as a first resort, not the last. Oliver says I'm trying to move forward, but I feel stuck. Diggle says you're being hard on yourself. you are moving forward. I think you're evolving. You're growing. The guy with the list wouldn't ask the question.
Felicity has a list of potential victims. Recruits show up. Oliver says we split up and take a target. Call if Prometheus shows up. Evelyn confronts Oliver. It took me a lot to work for you. Knowing all this doesn't make it easier. He asks if she should be out there tonight. She says I'm doing this, protecting people, for me, not you.
Subway. Evelyn watching the driver. Felicity asks if she wants to talk. No. Overwatch, I really don't want to talk about it. Lights out. Then Prometheus is there. Driver comes out. She tells him to run. Stay away from him! Prometheus attacks.
Felicity tells Oliver that Evelyn is in trouble. He's on the way.
She fights with Prometheus. Cuts his arm. She's down. Green Arrow gets there. Prometheus escapes. Conductor says we have a big problem. A bomb. Arrow says we get off the train. Parachute arrow again. They get out before the train explodes.
**Parachute arrow is the least believable of Oliver's toys, lol.
Oliver patches up Evelyn. Mayor Queen will put the targets in witness protection. Evelyn says I was a jerk, and I'm sorry. He apologizes. Sorry for your parents, that I'm not the man you thought I was. But John reminded me I'm trying to be that man, and I might actually be getting there. Slowly. In the mean time, I'd really appreciate your parents. They shake on it.
Dolph! Tells Oliver a story about a large turnip. The whole family couldn't pull it out of the ground. I asks if they ever did. Yes, but only after they called everybody in the village. Every animal, even. Finally, together, they wrestled it free. Oliver asks if there's a point. Kovar says without unity, one cannot accomplish anything. And scum will never amount to anything without help. That, and....he snaps the neck of the Bratva man. Hello, Oliver Queen. My name is Konstantin Kovar. I've been looking forward to meeting you.
Felicity visits her boyfriend. Can we talk privately? The interrogation room. She says I have this friend who I watched not tell people he's closest to what's going on with him. I don't want to be like that. I work for the Green Arrow. Malone is surprised. He calls her a criminal. But it's for a good cause. She's surprised. He says you're helping save the city. I have so many questions. She says shut up and kisses him.
Star City Nights event. Thea and Oliver. Quentin at home. Recruits arrive. Rene hits on Thea. Still not interested. LOL. They're eager to see a concert. Felicity asks for a moment. She says the throwing star alloy is very specific. From the past 4 years. He's gotten hands on your arrows and fashioned weapons out of them. Means he has access to SCPD lock-up.
Quentin wakes up to a cut on his arm and finds a throwing star.
