"OH CAPTAIN MY CAPTAIN"
01/20/2017 (08:00PM - 09:00PM) (Friday) : NICK PULLS A HAT TRICK AND GETS UNDER THE CAPTAIN'S SKIN - DAVID GIUNTOLI MAKES HIS DIRECTORIAL DEBUT - CHRIS MCKENNA GUEST STARS - In order to stop the rise of Capt. Renard (Sasha Roiz), Nick (David Giuntoli) devises a plan that will take him out of his element. Adalind (Claire Coffee) and Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) do everything in their power to keep the plan on track. Meanwhile, Eve (Bitsie Tulloch) and Rosalee (Bree Turner) race against time to get the spell ready before it is too late. Russell Hornsby and Reggie Lee also star. TV-14 V
Episode 3:
"You will face yourself again in a moment of terror."
Monroe in the shop. Ducks to the floor when a flashlight shines through the windows.
Basement. Wu wishes they could've killed Renard when they had the chance. LOL. Eve and Nick leave.
Adalind stares at the ring. Sean comes back. Be more worried about yourself. Like it or not, you're stuck with me. Get with the program before I take office. I expect a lot of support from the first lady of the city.
Nick picks up the stick again. Eve says you felt something. He didn't want to put it back. Why? I don't know. Felt like I needed it. It saved my life. And mine. You love Adalind. She's not asking. She can feel it.
Wu has his resignation. Hank is printing his. Renard says I want you out by the end of the day. Wu says this is not right. Sean doesn't care. We can escort you out. He takes their resignations and says get out. Wu starting to wogue. Hank grabs him and gets him under control.
Eve saw the symbols in Hell. Nick wonders how Diana could see it? Eve says remember what your mother said about her?
Flashback.
Nick hears something. Someone's coming. More than one. Hank and Wu. Sandwiches, water, and other stuff. We're officially unemployed. Eve says as long as Renard is Captain, he only has the precinct. Nick wants to make another Renard. Me. How else do we get him to agree to what we want. Wu doesn't know what he's talking about, but he likes it.
**Darker side of Wu this season.
Sean gets a visit from Jeremiah. We need to talk. Shut the door. What's the problem? Rachel Wood. You were arrested for her murder. Sean says the charges were dropped. Jeremiah saw Sean go in the apartment. I found her body. I loved her and you killed her! Think about how much it'll cost to keep my mouth shut. You have 24 hours.
Adalind at the park. Nick calls. There may be a way to stop Renard from becoming Mayor. Eve will do the spell. Adalind will go home and get Renard's hair or something. Monroe will come to her. She hopes this works. Can't spend another night in that house.
Sean wants loyalty from a cop. Loyalty to me.
Rosalee preparing the spell. Monroe is not happy. Eve tells him to go. Get back as soon as you can.
Jeremiah gets a knock. Sean at the door. With a briefcase. Jeremiah opens the door. Show me the money. Sean does. How do I know you'll stop threatening me? Jeremiah says you don't get to ask that question. Sean's cop kills him. Sean flashes on Meisner's death. Cop apologizes about the blood. Sean promotes him. Clean up and meet me back at the precinct. Wesen cop thanks him for the opportunity, sir.
Adalind's phone. Monroe arrives. She left the front door open. She gives him the stuff. Monroe says Nick will be the Captain. Adalind giving him clothes. Monroe freaking over which tie to pick. Nick says keep Renard home to see the 7 o'clock news. Adalind pushes Monroe into the closet. Sean comes in. Why are you home? Is that blood? Are you hurt? She tells him to go take a shower. you don't want anyone to see blood in your hair. He goes in the bathroom. Water turns on. Go, now! Monroe runs out.
Eve says it's almost ready. Nick asks how much longer. Monroe arrives. Adalind saved my ass. He tells them about what he heard. Eve puts the hair in the potion. Nick is about to breathe. Rosalee says has this ever been done on a Grimm before? Eve says you need to take your clothes off. Renard is bigger than you. Nick loses the shirt and pants. Nick breathes from the hat. 3 deep breaths. Eve asks if he feels anything. Then it kicks in. He falls down. And starts transforming. Eve says it's working. Rosalee and Monroe are horrified. Nick stands up. It worked.
Monroe says you should take a look. I'm wogued?! How do I get out of this? Eve says you have to relax. Monroe is not helpful. Rosalee calms him. Breathe through it. Nick says that felt so weird. Eve says it's 6:30. you need to get dressed.
Adalind asks Sean to stay home. If you want this to work, we have to spend more time together. He asks if Diana killed someone else? No....! Adalind wants to discuss her education. It's not that easy. Sean says we explain boundaries. Adalind rambles on about it. He asks what's on hr mind? A lot of stuff.
Nick dressed. They say you look exactly like him. Nick feels weird being this tall. They notice the way he moves is not Renard enough. More full of yourself. A lot more. Exactly. You were elected mayor and you think you deserve it, and you want Nick Burkhart dead. There! Hank comes in. Nick fools him. LOL. Time to go.
Sean and Adalind. He says Diana's education is important, but I have to go! She says that's why it's amazing you stayed to talk about our daughter. They hear Sean's voice on the news. He abdicates the mayorship. I can't leave the police dept. at its time of greatest need. He thanks Nick for a job well done on an undercover operation. Sean threatens Adalind. She looks suitably wide-eyed and scared.
Parking garage. Wu is impressed. You were amazing. Hank says Renard is on his way here. Nick says stall him if he shows up. They go into Renard's office to get the computer and files. Cop knocks. Wants a word. Hank steps out. The cop asks what the hell is going on? We had a deal. I got rid of the body, wiped down the whole damn house. If I don't take over this dept., you and I will have a problem. Nick-Renard tells him to get out of the office unless he wants to be arrested for murder. Cop leaves and Hank comes back. Nick is in pain. I think I'm turning back. They try to leave and the press swarms them.
**Yeah, Nick, how about all those questions? Ha.
Sean arrives. Wu confronts him.
Nick trying to get out of the press swarm. Gives Nick and Hank and Wu credit. Hank says we really have to go. They make it to the garage. Sean vs. Sean. Renard is mad. Nick says I put the best interests of the city ahead of my own. Nick and the others leave. Press ask Sean questions. HAHAHAHAHA.
Return to the shop. Nick thanks Eve. Wu will go through Renard's computer. Eve says the pain Nick felt was the spell trying to wear off. Monroe says Nick might be stuck as Renard forever?
Sean in his office. Notices the missing stuff.
They research. Try to reassure Nick. Phone rings. It's renard. Hank answers. Sean wants to talk to himself. So it hasn't warn off, yet. And it won't unless we come to an agreement. Sean says this game is over. Nick says it's not a game and it's not over. Tells him to b on the roof of the loft. Hang up. Nick tells them to protect Adalind and the kids. Eve tells Nick to be careful.
Sean on the roof. Sean points a gun. thought we were here to talk. They toss their guns. Take off jackets. And fight each other. Sean wogues. Nick wogues, too. Back to fighting.
**Had to be fun to film. Who is who?
Spice Shop basement. Still looking for a cure. Rosalee says we start over, except we turn the Captain into Nick. Eve says that won't work. Adalind arrives with the kids. Where's Nick? They update her. Adalind wants to see exactly what they did.
The Seans hurt. I want my life back! So do I. Neither have back-up. They're at an impasse. Blame the North Precinct on Bonaparte. Sean says we can go back to the way it was? No, but we'll make it work. For both of us. Nick wants it all. Sean gives him Hank and Wu and Adalind and Kelly. And if I ever see another me again, this deal is dead, and so are you.
The team going over the problem. Nick returns. Tells them about the deal. He tells her Diana will be with Sean. Shared custody. Monroe asks how do we know this is really Nick? Nick tries to convince them. Eve says ask a question only Nick would know. Adalind asks where was our first kiss? He answers. She says it's Nick. He asks if they figure out a way out of this? Adalind wakes. What happened to your face? Adalind says Daddy had a little accident. Nick says I'm okay. Diana touches him. You're not my daddy. She attacks him. Adalind explains. Nick convulsing, transforming. He's back. Adalind goes to him. Hugs him. Diana does not look happy.
Sean at home. Who is behind him? So, how did it go? I tried to tell you. Meisner!!! You chose the wrong side, Sean.
