KATHRYN NEWTON, KIM RHODES, KATHERINE RAMDEEN, BRIANA BUCKMASTER, CLARK BACKO AND YADIRA GUEVARA-PRIP RETURN - When Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) go missing, Jody Mills (guest star Kim Rhodes) calls Claire Novak (guest star Kathryn Newton), the rebellious rogue hunter, and tells her it is time to come home - they need to find the Winchesters. Claire returns and reunites with Alex Jones (guest star Katherine Ramdeen), who has stayed behind with Jody and tries to balance a "normal" life with being a part time hunter. While Jody is happy to have Claire home again, she's plagued by Patience's (guest star Clark Backo) disturbing vision involving her adopted daughter. Claire and Alex search for Kaia Nieves (guest star Yadira Guevara-Prip), the dreamcatcher responsible for opening the rift that Sam and Dean went through, as she holds the key to their whereabouts. Jody calls her friend, Donna Hanscum (guest star Briana Buckmaster), to round out the team and the women head off on the most important hunt of their lives. Iowa. Rural. Bearded man. A tied up young girl. Truck coming in. Another man crouches to her. First tells Ed to not play with his damn food. Werewolf scares the little girl. Glow outside. Ed goes to the door. A knock. Delivery. You got the wrong house. Claire. Your name's on the box. Mr. Werewolf. She shoots at them. Amanda? I'll be right there. One attacks Claire. She fights and gets top. Stabs him. I kill monsters. That's who the hell I am. Your mother's been looking for you. It's going to be okay. Female wolf. Claire shoots her, too. Like I said, totally okay.
Girl is brought back home. The mom waves to Claire. Phone rings. Jody. Hi. Claire, it's Sam and Dean. They're missing. I haven't heard from them for a few days. Time to come home.
Sioux Falls.
Claire stops the car by Jody's truck. Home. Hi, Jody. Alex. Miss me? Not really. Jody hugs her. Glad you're home safe. Introduces her to Patience. She's been staying with us a few days. Wearing Claire's sweatshirt. Claire says sleeping in my room, too? It's fine. I'm the one that left. So, Sam and Dean, what do we know? Jody plays the message. 3 days ago. Kaia, there's a warrant for her arrest.
Kaia's still out on the side of a road.
Alex leaving for night shift job. Claire snipes at her. Alex tells Jody good luck. Claire tells Jody I'm good. I'm safe. Jody says no! Patience had a vision. It's why she's here.
Patience sees Jody holding a dead Claire. I saw you die. Jody says she's the real deal. Claire says every vision always comes true? Patience doesn't know. Still figuring this out. Jody's trying to protect Claire. Claire says that's always your excuse. You haven't seen what I can do. Sitting back and making the perfect plan, that's when people get dead. And if you end up dead? I won't. Claire, you can't run away from this. Watch me.
Ambulance loads up. Someone watching.
Hospital. Claire found Alex. You look like Biker Barbie. Thank you. Claire asks if she knows about the vision. Yep. And how you react. Alex helps Jody when she's asked to help. I'm there for her. Claire says the way things were going, she was worried all the time. Alex says she never stopped. So, what do you want? Claire wants 2 minutes in the system. Alex checked. New Jane Doe brought in. Here.
Claire looks at the room. Kaia under observation for a concussion. Doc leaves the room. Kaia prepares to leave. Claire says I'm a friend of Sam and Dean Winchester. Kaia runs. Monster outside. Claire attacks it with knife. Claire kills it. It bleeds blue foam. So let's talk.
Body brought home. They examine it in the garage. Patience grossed out. Jody wonders what's under the mask.
Claire and Kaia. Kaia seen them in packs in her dreams. They pick up your scent and don't stop. Sometimes they catch me. Claire asks about her scars. Kaia says all over. Claire shares hers. Ghoul bite. Vampire threw me through a window. Forehead? Heroic battle with a doorknob. I tripped. LOL> Kaia? What happened?
Mask off. Patience might puke. Claire and Kaia enter. It's okay, you can tell them. The thing's face is like a Predator. Sam and Dean wanted me to open a door to another world, but something went wrong. How did this end up here? Claire says the door's still open. We find it and find Sam and Dean. Kaia says they're already dead.
Dean eating. Sam says don't tell me it tastes like chicken. Dean says it's a lizard. Tastes like lizard. Sam wants to find the door. Dean says we've been here 2 days and change. We're stuck. No one back home knows where to start looking. So eat up. Growling coming. Let's not find out. They leave the fire. Dean grabs the lizard. Hooded person with a spear arrives.
Patience wants to go back to her dad. Alex confronts her. Patience says this is way too freaky. I came to tell Jody about my vision. Claire blew it off. I'm not a fighter. Alex says we help in other ways. Patience says sorry, I can't do this. She goes to the jeep and has a vision. We have to go. Now. Monsters are coming. Lots of them. They'll kill us. I gave up a lot to come here. I came to save you! We're all in danger. Claire.... Monsters come through the windows.
They watch by webcam while in the car. Believe me now?
Stopping in daylight. Jody says I called backup. D-Train. Donna. hi, ladies. Hugs Alex. And Claire. Jody makes intros. Donna brought weapons. Patience asks why do you have all this? I'm from Minnesota. LOL. They ask Kaia where they were when separated. Route 14. And the shipyard. Jody asks Claire to talk.
I need you to stay here to keep Kaia and the girls safe. Just until we check things out. Claire agrees. Go.
Sam says this is a different universe. Dean says it sucks. They're attacked by the staff person. Knocked out.
Donna and Jody find the Impala. Enter the ship. Melted angel blade. Some glowing and hissing above.
Claire and Kaia. You're scared. Claire says yeah. Jody said I'd get myself killed hunting. I'd say good. I'd go out doing something great. But Patience's vision....actually knowing it....for once, a part of me wants to let Jody handle it. But Sam and Dean saved my life and I can't sit this one out. Kaia says don't. If you go, I'll go with you. Maybe together we can save them.
Jody and Donna find a door. The rift. Let's go back and tell the girls? Jody is going. If she doesn't, then Claire will. Donna, I can't lose another child. They hear something. Search for it. The monsters. Shooting at it in the cargo hold.
Sam? Sammy? They're awake. Tied up. Hooded figure comes in. Dean calls it Darth Dickwad. Giant skull there. Something's coming. I think it just rang the dinner bell.
Claire figures something's wrong.
hiding from the monsters in a car. Flame thrower. Claire and the girls. I called. You didn't answer. We worried. Still one monster left somewhere. Claire hears the door and goes up there. Jody yells at her to wait. It's shrinking. Closing. Claire says I need to save Sam and Dean and you have to let me. Jody says I know.
Donna loading up. Gives Patience instructions. Squeeze, don't pull. Monster shows up. With friends. Upstairs! They call for help. Jody!
Jody tells Claire to go. Claire tells Kaia I'll protect you. They enter the door. In the Bad Place. Kaia says this way.
The ship. Block the stairwell.
Dean and Sam still tied up. Claire cuts Dean loose. Hey, boys. The door is still open, for now. Jack is in the other place with your mom.
The ship. Anything gets in here, take it down. Donna tells Patience you got this. They shoot at the monsters.
running to the door. Kaia hit by the spear. She saved Claire. Clasp hands. Kaia dies. BIG thing coming. Glowing red eyes.
More shooting in the ship.
Dean and Sam get Claire through the door. It closes. Jody holds Claire. Sam shakes his head.
Kaia still bleeding in the Bad Place. Eyes open with the spear in her.
Patience sees her vision again and realizes it wasn't Claire dead, but grieving while Jody held her.
Packing up. Claire is shut down. Sam and Dean say tell her thank you from us. Jody says we've got Sioux Falls covered. Dean says damn right you do. Boys drive off.
Claire voice over about how these girls are her family. And she's going to find the thing that killed Kaia and kill it no matter what.
Rift. Hooded person comes through. It's KAIA.
Next ep - Donna brings the boys on a case.
