Oliver tries to connect to comms. He's stuck under concrete. Sees Tommy! It's been a while.
Roy stands up. John? Rene? Dinah? Anyone hear me? John calls out. Roy unburies him. John says he's good. But his helmet is dead. Dinah's up. Bo staff smashed. Where's Rene? They search. He's under come concrete. Leverage and pull. Squeezes out. He's up. We've got to get to Oliver. He was on the floor beneath us.
Felicity goes to Alena. Police have a warrant! Footage was sent to them. Emiko didn't kill those guards. Your friend Roy Harper did. ARCHER activated the bomb. Felicity says it was stolen. She tells them about the chemical plant building. Sergeant arresting Felicity. Felicity hugs Alena. Plug your ears. Canary cry. Cops down. They grab stuff and run.
Video about crime. Cure to the vigilante problem. Zeta will end the menace and restore Star City's glory once and for all. Galaxy One wants control in the future. Dinah says they tried to destroy ARCHER once and it didn't work. And it wasn't as advanced as it was now. Felicity says she's tried all viruses. Won't work. Tells William you need to lay low and stay safe. Leave ARCHER to me.
Tommy discusses his beard with Oliver. I must have a really bad concussion. Could be PTSD, too. Rebar is like how you found me. You need to get out of here right now. Oliver cuts one of the bars and gets free. That was close. Want to pop that thing back in? Uh-huh. Okay. 1, 2, 3. His shoulder. Tommy says you have Oliver Angry Face right now. Just saying. LOL. Oliver says I have to get out of here. Team might be dead. Everything we built with SCPD is gone. Emiko is no longer family. Tommy points out the bow is broken.

Oliver shuffles to the bow. Yep. Tries comm again. Does anyone copy? Tommy says they're probably fine. Hope you're right. I usually am. It's insane we both had secret half sisters. Just a few arrows left. Tommy asks about Emiko. Oliver says what she deserves. She let our father die. She's manipulated the team for months. She's a murderer. Tommy says I thought we were done with that. Oliver doesn't see another choice. Tommy says that attitude will keep you down here.
Future - William has an idea. Steal the root code from Galaxy One. I'll go to Dale's office. Felicity is not willing to take the risk. We have a plan A. Leave it to me. He says you're treating me like I'm 13. She says we never wanted to let you go. He says you stayed away like I wasn't part of this family. Mia leaves. Felicity apologizes. We made a mistake. We really thought we were protecting you. We just wanted you to have a normal life.
Team searching for Oliver. Overwatch comes in . They tell her they have been able to contact Oliver. She tells them Emiko gave the SCPD the footage from the tunnels.
Oliver working on a bow fix. He got grounded for hot wiring a car one summer. LOL. He shoots an arrow at a wall. Debris falls.
Rene and others muse about the video. Dinah says we never should've lied. Roy wants to turn himself in. Everything you've worked for is at risk. Dinah agrees. Rene says we need to get out of here and stop Emiko. They run from the building shaking. Spot in the floor opens up. Power came on. Felicity says the emergency generator coming on will lead to a really big boom. Turn it off or you're all dead.
**Like Tommy said, Oliver might've just made it worse.
In the boiler room. You have 8 minutes before it incinerates the whole building. Benzine is leaking. They need a different way to the generator.
Oliver and Tommy. Tommy points out how structurally unsound the building is. Oliver says after this, I'm out of options. Tommy says you keep getting in situations like this where things keep getting worse. They argue about Emiko. Oliver wonders if Tommy could've listened to him a little bit sooner. But you were blinded by the fact he was your father. Maybe you'd be alive today. Tommy agrees. I was stuck in my cycle, my father's cycle, just like you will continue to be if you don't break free! Oliver says you're wrong. This is about Emiko. The choices she made? They're on her. He shoots again.
John asks Overwatch about the route. Airduct will take them to a room with a shut-off switch. Roy says they'll never make it in time. He drops to down toward the generator. Dinah says we'll find another way! Roy says there's not enough time and he goes for the generator. He has maybe 10 seconds. John calling his name. Power shuts off. They can't see Roy in the benzine cloud below. Team grieving until Roy pops up at the railing. Are you okay? John tells Overwatch they're going to find Oliver.
Alena and Felicity get a visit from Emiko. Felicity pleads she's pregnant. Please don't kill an innocent child. Emiko turns off the power.
Oliver gets up. I need to get out of here. Tommy says you need to worry about what happens when you do. You have a shot at something we never had. A clean slate. You can keep your past from hurting your kids. It'll never happen if you keep seeing red with Emiko. Oliver says as long as she's breathing, my family will never be safe. Tommy says then you're trapped. Oliver says you're not here. You're a figment of my imagination sent to test my resolve. Won't work. More crumbles. He has a way out. Oliver will be as ruthless as he needs to be to stop Emiko. Tommy says good luck finding your team. You'll need them.
Dinah and Roy pause to let him rest. She calls him an idiot to risk his life like that. He's surprised she cares. She says you're our teammate. He says maybe I shouldn't be. You don't know me. The guards were innocent. They have families. She says that was the blood lust. Not you. He says you should've let me go to prison. She says I was pissed. I don't want you dead. Dying is the coward's way out. Redeem yourself every day. This world is a better place with a hero like you. Now let's go.
Bunker back online. No permanent damage. Alena asks Felicity if she's okay. Felicity doesn't think life for this kid will be different than what William went through. I promised I'd be better than my parents and this is not it. I've done something worse. I can't even keep my children safe. Alena says you'll figure out a way. Create a firewall and take it offline.
Future - William watching the Zeta commercial. Mia comes in. Felicity took Roy. He's grumpy. She asks what this is about? He says Felicity is pushing him away like she always has. I didn't need money. I needed a mother. And she's never told me why. Mia says when I first found out Mom was keeping secrets, I confronted her, demanded answers. It's time you do the same.
Oliver and team reach each other. East is the best way out. Emiko shows up. Hi, brother.
Oliver says you have one last chance to stand down! She says same to you. Ninth Circle attacks. Team Arrow has no weapons. Dinah breaks off a metal bar. They tell Oliver they have to go now! Oliver, now! Oliver tells Emiko it's over. She says Is it? I know about your baby. They fight. She shoots arrows at him. She says your family's going to die. I made sure of it. John tells Oliver Don't. Oliver shoots her in the torso. She falls. She shot John! And all the team is now dying or dead on the floor with arrows in them!
Oliver? Oliver? Tommy calls Oliver back to reality. It's a reminder of what it feels like. Oliver's crying, holding his head.What about loss don't I already know? Tommy says fear leads to vengeance, leads to cruelty. As long as you are giving into your worse impulses, you'll never be free. Oliver begs for him to tell him what to do. Tommy says lead into your best sides. Your courage, your compassion. Show that to Emiko. You're living proof people can change. Oliver doesn't know if he can. Tommy says it's okay. It's a risk you have to take. Team Arrow outside. Oliver says I miss you every day. Tommy knows. I'll always be with you. Time to wake up now.
Oliver's still under the concrete. John says I thought we lost you. Oliver agrees.
Return to bunker. Emiko took arrows from the armory. Dinah says Green Arrow outside SCPD. Shots fired. Oliver says we have to move fast.
William meets with Dale at Galaxy One again. Turns on his watch to hack. Rene is brought in. Rene bought Harris Consolidated stock the day the IPO opened. William wants into Zeta. Think macro. Think what an army could do on a global scale. Zeta could change the world. Dale leaves. Rene chews out William. Except Dale figured it out. They're surrounded and captured.
Alena walks in with short blonde hair. Mia confronts her. Felicity says Alena has agreed to help us destroy ARCHER for real this time. Alena apologizes for the Canaries. She sold ARCHER to Galaxy One. Dale threatened her. He'd kill all her family unless she disappeared. Felicity asks where is William? Searches for him. And now they're invaded!
Team Arrow sees Ninth Circle slaughtering the police dept. Sergeant says someone dressed like you stole the weapon from the subway. Team Arrow attacks the goons. Oliver yells for Emiko. She's in Green Arrow gear. Escapes to the roof. Oliver goes after her. Stop! Don't make me do this. She says you're supposed to be dead, but this will be even better. Oliver says haven't you seen enough death? I want you be better than our father. End our family's cycle of violence. She says we're not family. Do it. Kill me. He says no. She escapes. Team Arrow catches up. Police helicopter shows up.
