“All Is Lost”
LOST — Clark (Tyler Hoechlin) and Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) disagree on the best way to figure out if Ally Allston (guest star Rya Kihlstedt) went to the Inverse World. Meanwhile, John Henry (Wole Parks) makes a surprising discovery and Lois sets out to track Lucy (guest star Jenna Dewan) down. Jordan Elsass, Alex Garfin, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Erik Valdez, Inde Navarrette, Sofia Hasmik, Wole Parks, and Dylan Walsh also star. 5 years ago, Ally is telling her story. Struggling as "being born incomplete". It's a talk about her book. Lucy got her copy signed. Ally asked questions about Lucy's life. At what point in your life did you decide you're not special? Lucy says I'm nobody. Ally says you came here today so I could help you see that.
Ally's followers are bailing. She's been gone a month. Lucy pleaded with them to not go.
Superman flying around the world. Returns home. No sign of Ally anywhere. Lois tells him he's not going back to the Bizarro world. Spend some time with the boys. Lois is going to look for Lucy. You talk to the boys about Lana. He says they'll hate us.
Natalie asks John about breakfast. He says he has to keep working. Tells her Ally can drain life force. She wants to help. He asks for a breakfast burrito. Then finds out from the AI there are 2 suits.
Sarah watching the recording of her performance. Lana is wowed. Did you write that song? Lana says it's like she has her own Alanis Morisette. LOL. Sarah tells her about the open mic night. Lana notices where it was. She's upset Kyle took Sarah there. Charges out.
The boys think Lana is overreacting about the superhero truth. Clark tells them to respect her wishes and keep our distance. He planned a full day of chores so they can spend time together. He used to love helping his dad on the farm.
Lois at the Gazette. General Lane says Sgt Wu found Lucy. Chrissy insists on going with them. He argues, then relents. You can come as long as you stay out of the way.
Bizarro. Ally addresses that world on TV. Time to merge both Earths into one. Bizarro Lois and her dad watch in their bunker.

Nat returns. John asks when were you going to tell me. She only finished last night. He tells her to tear it apart. She's 15 years old. She reminds him she's been helping him from day 1. I saved your life, by the way! You need me. He needs her alive. Will you take this thing apart, or am I? She says I build things. I don't destroy them.
Lanes and Chrissy arrive. Sam tells Chrissy to stay in the car as the lookout. Lois is surprised he let her come this far. Give it an hour, then call the DOD. They enter the house. Lucy comes down and says they're lying. She's still a believer. Lois tells them Ally is now a parasite. Sam cuffs Lucy to himself.
Jon and Clark in the barn fix a tractor. Jordan's not participating. Jonathan doubts himself. Clark says anyone can make a bad decision. the true measure of character is what they do afterward. I want to protect you from everything, but I have to let you make your own mistakes, and that's really hard. But I promise you I'll always be here for you when you do. Jon thinks everyone hates him. I'll never play sports again. I have no future. Clark says they'll figure out things for both him and his brother. Jon says speaking of....
Jordan went to Lana's office to say Sarah means everything to him. She says Sarah broke up with you. He thought maybe now Lana knows.... Lana says you still can't tell her. He says I love her. She says it puts Sarah in danger. Your mom told me everything. Sarah will never be safe if you're part of her life. He pleads for a chance. Lana says if you love Sarah and want to protect her, you'll stay away. He apologizes for bothering her and leaves.
**Poor kid. But they're all very young.
Lucy and Ally in the past at Lucy's new place. She hasn't told her family. She has a job. Ally says it's time to show your family how much you've grown. Lucy says Lois still thinks she's my mom. She worries Lois will hurt Ally. Lois always has to be right. Ally says certainly your sister will see the truth.
Lucy and Sam still locked together. Lois asks why Lucy always chooses Ally over them. Lucy thinks Ally loves her. I don't want anything to do with either of you.
Clark finds Jordan on his mother's bench. Jordan admits Lana is right, but he still loves Sarah. Clark says it hurts, but you can focus on the good. you have an amazing gift. I'll show ya. I promise it'll make you forget for a little while.
Sarah finds Kyle with the firefighters. Asks to talk. She tells him Mom saw the video and she recognized the bar. I'm really sorry. He says it's not your fault. It's mine. I'll go over there and talk to her. Smooth things out. I've got this, okay? They hug.
Lois says I love you. So much. After Mom left, I thought it was my job to make sure you grew up okay. Lucy thinks Lois hated her and ruined her life. You still look at me like I'm something you're shackled to. Lois says she's sorry Lucy felt like a burden. The truth is you were my life raft. I wouldn't have survived our childhood without you. I still need you. Raising the boys has taught her you have to show love, not just say it. Please let me show you how much I love you. Lucy says she needs time to think. Sam releases her. The issues between you girls are because of me. Lois says no, they're because of Mom. Lucy says you never abandoned us. They're summoned outside. Ally floats in the sky.
**Good grief, Lucy's out of her mind. She's WAY too old to be ranting like that. She has the emotional maturity of a 14 year old.
The Arctic. Clark brought Jordan. Training time. What do we do first? Clark spent years on this ice perfecting flight. Now it's your turn. They stand at the edge of a deep chasm. Jordan leaps down. Clark cheering him on and he flies before hitting bottom. But he's losing control! Clark catches him before he crashes and they nerd out. Can we do it again? Clark will take him on the Kessel Run. What's that? LOL.
Ally says we don't need the pendant anymore. We found a different way. Lois tries to appeal to Lucy. Sam says she's right. Ally says you know we don't hurt people. Lucy asks what they do next. Ally says we merge both planets. With enough power. Tell us where to find Superman.
John trying to cut into Nat's suit. But he can't. It's superior to his. He knocks on her door. You knew I couldn't destroy it. She hoped. He says it's impressive. She says please don't hold me back. He says I'm your father. She says we lost one world. She can't sit back while another is destroyed. She has to fight. He says show him the suit, then we go from there.
Kyle finds Lana in her office. Your worry leg is going. She says I'm a terrible person. Every move I make lately is the wrong one. All these secrets piling up and I'm not handling it well. I feel like I don't know myself anymore. He says you're a good person and a great mom. You have the best of intentions. Whatever you've done, I'm sure it was the right reasons. He asks her to come to lasagna with the kids. She says we'll still talk about Sarah performing at Tanya's bar. Yes, ma'am.
Ally asks where's Superman? Lois says he could be anywhere. Ally and Lois argue about Ally's deeds. Ally says the other Jonathan did things, not her. Lucy shows Ally the beacon. You want Superman, I can get him.
**I miss the Lucy from Supergirl. This one is majorly annoying! You're an adult in your THIRTIES.
Jonathan in the barn. Clark and Jordan return. Jordan's landing is wonky. Jon says he got the chores done.
They plead with Lucy but she says she has to do this. Ally starts draining Sam when he tries to grab the beacon.
Clark hears the beacon.
Lucy pleads with Ally to let Sam go. Superman arrives and Ally starts draining him. Chrissy runs up. She gets on the phone.
John gets the call location. He needs to go. Nat says WE need to go.
Superman pushes to his feet. But Ally's taking. The suits arrive. Lois pleads. But Ally's nearly killing him now. She screams. The hammer flies in. Ally stops it and flings it back into John. Ally flies up into the air. Sam is still breathing. Lois checks Superman. Nat lands and tries to charge him back to life. there's no heartbeat. John tells her go max power. She tries again. His heart finally starts. John says meet us at the DOD and they fly the injured away.
**Gee, Lucy, will you finally stop being stupid?
Lucy talking to Ally in the past. Lois and Lucy had argued about her being in a cult. Ally tells her to be patient. Lucy says whenever she doesn't fit in, she feels she let Lois down. She thinks it's judgment. When Lois says she loves her, it feels like she's lying. Lucy chooses to love Ally. Ally says she'll earn it.
Sam is conscious. Lucy sitting with him. He has a concussion. She thought she'd lose him. He says it'd take a lot more to finish him off. She says it's all her fault. I don't deserve you. He says you and your sister are the best thing that happened to me. She says I don't know if Superman will make it.
He's covered in dark veins. John finds Lois waiting. They're running tests. They were able to draw his blood. We can help him if we can find out what's wrong. She wonders what to tell the boys.
Cushings at dinner. Lana says there has to be a place Sarah can perform where she can legally enter. The family is getting along and having a good time.
Lois and John return to the house. Clark will survive. The thing is.....his cells look normal. If he were human. There's a chance he might never be the same again. Natalie says Ally's still out there. We need Superman. John says until he comes back, we all have to step up.
Ally wants Lana Rho to kill Superman.
Ally links the two Earths.
