SEASON PREMIERE DIRECTED BY TOM CAVANAGH – Season three of SUPERMAN & LOIS opens weeks after Superman’s blowout defeat of Ally Allston. Clark (Tyler Hoechlin) and Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) are now working at the Smallville Gazette together and enjoying small town life. But the Kents’ romantic bliss only shines a light on how isolating “the secret” can be, as Chrissy (Sofia Hasmik) struggles to balance a new love interest and her friendship with Lois.
However, Lois’ own work-life balance is put to the test when an undercover assignment reveals a deadly foe that promises to change the Kent family forever. Superman would move heaven and earth for his family, but with a villain this merciless, even that might not be enough.
Meanwhile, the Kent boys find themselves being pulled in opposite directions.
Amid all this upheaval, John Henry (Wolé Parks) is haunted by his doppelgänger’s past, leading to dangerous consequences for him and Natalie (Tayler Buck). Lana Lang (Emmanuelle Chriqui) and Kyle (Erik Valdez) redefine their family post-separation, while Sarah (Inde Navarrette) explores what the future holds for her and Jordan now that she knows the truth about his powers.
Having learned the hard way that no one else can be trusted to work with Superman, General Samuel Lane (Dylan Walsh) reclaims his post at the Department of Defense, only to face his own conflict in working with his grandson, Jordan.

Episode 1:
27 days since the world almost ended. Something amazing happened.
Clark activates his mother's hologram in the new fortress.
Lana shows off the poster of the new town hall.
Kyle and the girls.
The Irons painting their space.
Sam back in uniform. Mines shut down for good.
Lois says all of us around the globe were getting closer.
Including she and Clark in bed. In Tal's villa. He hears the boys. She has an appointment in Metropolis. Bruno Mannheim. He tells her to be careful. She says the boys will have to wait and kisses Clark.
Flying over the ocean. Clark shows Jordan he's still faster. Jordan gets back to the fortress all wet. I get soaked every time I come here. LOL. Clark tells him to spar next. When you're done, fly home. Straight home.
Lois teaching Jonathan to drive in a truck. Your father is a terrible driver. Let's go. She's constantly giving directions and he's frustrated.
Sam and the Irons. Sam asks Nat if they did anything fun on her earth. Horror movies. He offers to take her to Slaughter Cabin 3.
Lana hasn't signed the divorce papers. Kyle asks why. She's got a big mess with the town and hasn't had a moment.
Clark hears an emergency and bails on Chrissy.
Superman gets to a crane and Jordan's already trying. He causes more damage that Superman has to rescue.
**Maybe Lana and Kyle could've been adults and went to counseling and shown not all marriages are dead at the first sign of trouble?
Clark chews Jordan out in the fortress. Home. Now. Unless I tell you it's okay, never do that again!
Lana shown there's mold in the school. Water damage. Clark's x-ray vision sees it everywhere. She asks how he and Lois are. He says never been better. He's blushing. Wanna meet up for drinks later?
Lois at a doctor's office. Did your brother have some connection to Bruno Mannheim? John Henry took that service and abused it. Sold weapons and tech to the wrong kind of people. Lex Luthor and Bruno. Something changed her brother when he got out of the service. Lois apologizes and says she'll go. But the symptoms Lois gave the nurse say she might be pregnant.
Jordan and Sarah at the diner. He got her a pygmy elephant statue while he was in Malaysia. She's surprised he's still nice to her. They're only friends now. At least on her end. She needs to pick up Sophie. It's Jordan's birthday party tomorrow.
Sam and Nat in line for the movie. He's never seen a Slaughter Cabin movie. He asks if she's heard of the DOD Academy. Thinks she'd benefit from it. You need to be challenged. She's disappointed he brought her here to recruit her.
Clark rants at Lois about Jordan going to that rescue. But she's distracted. Are you okay? I don't know. I might be pregnant.
Pregnant? Pretty good chance. How? you know what I mean. I didn't think it was possible. How are you feeling? Surprised, mainly. She wonders if they're ready for something like this. He says we'll figure it out. She says no more day trips to Tal's villa. Clark says pretty sure that's how we got into this in the first place.
Nat rants to her dad about the movie date.
Jordan returns to the house. Catches up with Jonathan. Jon says leave that stuff to Dad. He's been Superman a long time. Jon's studying for the drivers test. Mom nitpicks everything. Jordan says is she right? Maybe listen to her? She has been driving a long time. Offers to practice with Jon. Jon says I can't promise you won't die.
John Henry Irons finds Clark looking at a pregnancy test. LOL. Irons says if there's any hesitation on your part, you need to tell Lois.
Lois and Lana at the bar. Lana can't make sense of Dean's books. Now the school needs money... Lois says you'll figure it out. Waitress comes by. And old fashioned for Lana. And for Lois... Water? No..... How far along? Don't even know if this is a thing. What are we thinking? We have two sixteen year olds. Lana starts talking about the wonders of babies. They mom out over the little things you cherish.
Jonathan in the station wagon. Coach works at the DMV. Gonna be a rough test.
They return to the house. Tells Clark about Coach Gaines.....but I still passed. Lois says he hasn't hugged me like that in years. I felt like I got my little boy back. I want more. Kids. It's a chance to do it even better. Clark says totally. Cake arrives for the party.
Sarah arrives to the party. Irons chews out Sam for messing with Nat. She needs friends and family, not a recruitment officer looking for his big prize. Sam says you're right. Irons tells him don't get her hopes up about being in her life.
Chrissy gives Jon a present and tells him it's an alarm clock. He thanks her. WOW that was awkward. Why is she a mess today?
Kyle tasting Clark's BBQ. Not enough flavor. Then Kyle spots Lana laughing with Irons. Kyle goes inside for spices and finds Chrissy. They share mutual embarrassment over social highlights. He appreciates the company.
Coach Gaines tries the food and throws it away.
Lois plays a video of the boys' as babies at the party. And as toddlers. And growing up. Good family memories. Guests having a good time looking at the pics. Clark hears an emergency and slips out.
Screaming people at the scene. Superman lands. You're supposed to be in jail. He gets rushed.
Superman lands in a tanker truck. Now it's on fire. He picks up the villain and flies him away. They slam through an overpass being built. Then fly through an abandoned warehouse. Henry, who gave you powers? They're coming for me. I can't let them stop me. I have to finish this first!
Jordan ignoring Sarah. I didn't know what to say. She doesn't want it to be awkward. He says he wants to be with her and she doesn't want him, so. She says she needs time and space. Respect that, please? Okay. He hears something. Is it bad? Yep. Are you going to fly off? No. Happy birthday. Thanks.
Henry and Superman land. it's dark. Henry gets shot. A lot. Superman looks. There are no bullets. There's a new villain there in a mask. Superman goes up in the sky and listens to the city. Then it's silent. He lands again. Suicide Slums.
George Dean finds Lana. you need to put that money back where you found it. I had it earmarked for a reason. You can't be messing out in things you don't understand! He's told to go. Says this isn't finished, Lana.
Sam wants to apologize to Nat. Brought cake. I'm terrible with people. Always say the wrong thing at the wrong time. But I did genuinely want to spend time with you. If you can forgive me, I'd like a chance to get to know each other. She agrees.
Hawaiian shirts. From Sam. LOL. The boys don't want to hear their birth story again and flee the room. Clark tells Lois he wants another, too. Miss little ones in the house. They run off to Tal's ski chalet.
Kyle and Chrissy! She wakes up. Freaking out. Last night....that was fun.....You're so great....as a person....though very enjoyable.... We can't ever do that again. Super messy. But you're so great. Wonderful man. One and done. There's a knock on his door. It's Lana! She's holding the envelope. I signed the divorce papers. They're both teary. I'll talk to you later.
Lois says Henry Miller had a brain tumor. He only had months to live. Chrissy gets into the paper. Lois gets a call from Dr. Irons. We can rule out pregnancy. Are you sure? Yes. But I'm still concerned. I'd like to run more tests and figure out what's causing this.
Underground lab. Increase the dosage. He's dead. Mannheim isn't taking no for an answer. Body injected. There's a pulse. It appears to be working. Bruno says we're getting closer.
