RICHARD SPEIGHT, JR. DIRECTS – Alicia Banes (guest star Kara Royster) calls Mary (guest star Samantha Smith) for help after her mother Tasha (guest star Alvina August) goes missing. Sam (Jared Padalecki) answers Mary’s phone and he and Dean (Jensen Ackles) head out to help Alicia and her twin brother Max (guest star Kendrick Sampson) find their mother who was hunting a powerful witch. Meanwhile, Mary starts to have some doubts about the British Men of Letters. Richard Speight, Jr. directed the episode written by Steve Yockey (#1220). Original airdate 5/4/2017.

Holy cow, their voices in the pilot. those boys were SO young.
Now.
raining. rock river WY. mansion. Smart car pulls up. Woman enters. Hello? A woman sitting says you have to ring the bell. The newcomer compliments her ring. Offers to cleanse her aura. She rings the bell. Man apologizes for the wait. He's got towels. It's a B&B. She takes her luggage upstairs.
She does a reveal spell. Using a divining rod downstairs. And outside. What is she looking for in the dark? To a cellar door. She opens them. Goes in. There's a bad smell. And she's caught in ......no, she's stabbed from behind!
Dean and Sam talking about last night. The baby took over Cas. What does faith in Lucifer Jr mean? Sam says it doesn't make sense to me, either, but we have to, i don't know, think like him. Dean knows. Up to now, I got it. But last night when I looked at him, I didn't recognize the guy looking back at me. Can you fix the Colt? Sam hopes so. There's a buzzing. Sam finds it under a book. Must be one of Mom's.
The twins. Alicia. Mary gave me a couple numbers to reach her and I thought she could be back-up. Mom was hunting a witch killing people around Wyoming. Brother Max thinks she's overreacting and Mom's fine. Sam asks for an address, we'll meet you. Dean says what about Cas? Sam says we're banging our heads against a brick wall. Let's get out there. Their mom's on a hunting trip and hasn't been home in a week. Dean agrees to go. Calls Mom.
She's woken by Ketch. He has her strapped to a chair. A copy! Dean leaves a message about the case. Dean asks her to call him back. Stuff going down, kinda got me spun out....be good to talk to ya.
Shapeshifter in the chair. Ketch has been sticking giant screws in the thing. Mary says he's not going to talk. Ketch says this is the very beginning of what It deserves and if It tells us where it family is, all this will stop. He hits it and it changes to Ketch.
Sam and Dean reach the twins. Pretty lake. They tracked their mom to a vegan restaurant. They told us where Mom is staying. Max loves the Impala. Dean offers a tour.
Of the trunk.
Alicia doesn't have magic. Max and their mom does. Sam says Dean and Dad had the same thing with hunting. She asks about Mary. She's not much of a hugger. yeah. Into the Impala.
The inn. Lot of cars here. A man exits the cellar. Not weird....at all..... Sam waves. Heh. Alicia takes out a knife. They enter the inn. Mom? greets them and asks why they're here.
**Okay, that's not weird at all....... Shapeshifter?
Alicia hugs her. Max introduces the boys to her. She asks the host for rooms.
in the mom's room. She's opening wine. Sam offers help. She's got it. Alicia says you always call on the 4th day of a hunt. She broke a finger! Straightens it while turned away. Sam will pick up the vegan takeout.
Mary and Ketch. He proposes "tiring" themselves out. She says that was a one time thing. That torture was a waste of time. And she did not like that he enjoyed it. He says we don't need a conscience. The ends justify the means. He says but you're still with us. Feel free to call Mick Davies and write me up. She says he's not answering calls and email. He tells her to return Dean's call. Wouldn't want him to think Mummy doesn't love him.
No new messages. Max and Alicia bickering. Dean compliments the mom on the twins. They're happy. She asks about growing up in the life. Yeah, Dad raised us in the hunt. And your mother? It's complicated. She says it's only when you grow up that you realize parents are just people.
Mary listens to the message. Hears Ketch on the phone. 12257 in the Armory. We'll speak when you get in. Mary's phone buzzes. He heard it. She comes in the office. He asks if he can help her? She says she uses Mick's computer for email. He says have at it. And stays standing there. There's a message from Mick says he's stuck in London a few more weeks. Ketch walks away.
Sam returns with food. Dean and Sam in the hall. Dean asks I know that look, what's up? Rick Walsh is missing. For a month. We saw him come out of the cellar. Something weird IS going on around here.
The woman from the beginning is humming in a room. Making something with vines or sticks. What is that idol?
**The twins' mother still seems to be herself in personality and memories. Living dead?
**Really dangerous to hunt alone. She should've had someone watching her back.
Mary calls one of Dean's numbers. Sorry I couldn't pick up before, I've been on a hunt with Ketch. I'm sorry I haven't been there for you and Sam, I want to be. I will be. I just need to finish this. I miss you boys. I love you.
Dean and Sam check the cellar. Smells like death. Go ahead. What? You. Dean first.
The family giggling. Max leaves them to have girl time. He has a date with the bartender from the vegan restaurant. He takes the keys.
Cellar. Bodies under plastic. There's the smell. Sam uncovers another. It's the mom. Son of a bitch. Her heart's been ripped out. So have theirs. This is everybody in the house. Who was I talking to up there? Max comes in. They can't stop him from seeing the body. I just....... He looks her over. Cries. Poor kid.
Mary in the armory. Looking for 12257. Opens it. Sighs. Mick. Leaves the room. Heads away from Ketch. Access denied on a room. And another. Goes in one when a man comes out. Ketch passes by. Mary looks at the dossiers on the screens. What?.... Plays Dean's recording. She calls him. We've got a problem. Ketch is at the door. Your hand print doesn't open this room because it's not for you. She asks why Mick's body is in a box? He says a werewolf incident. She says shot in the head? Did you kill him? She attacks and he pushes her. He'll do anything to rid this world of things that go bump in the night. She fights back. Don't talk about my boys! Why not? He fights back. He's been cleaning up after them for months! The agents. The psychic girl. They're damn sloppy. She says I think you mean decent. He says the AMERICAN HUNTER'S TIME HAS PASSED. i CAN KEEP YOU SAFE IF YOU PLAY YOUR PART. if YOU PLAY NICE. she HITS HIM AGAIN. i DON'T PLAY NICE. hits HIM WITH BRASS KNUCKLES. twice. he CALLS HER A BITCH. she TRIES TO LEAVE AND HE TAZES HER.
Max grabs the imposter. Sam tells Alicia that's not your mom. The imposter tries to appeal. He uses his magic to make her reveal.
The resident witch senses it and sends the others at them. Max tosses one out a window. They break into her room. She makes Dean sit.
Alicia and Sam. the host in the room.
Witch lady says maybe you'll take the deal the last bitch wouldn't.
Host takes damage from Sam.
Max says you killed my mother! Dean asks what did you do to those people. The witch shows them a vision. She sold her soul. Unless I can find someone to take my magic. Your mother found me. I offered my power. But even dying she was rude. So I made her into one of my creatures. That doll has all her memories. It's her, mostly. Just like the others. Rick, Andy, they do what I want when I want. Max retaliates.
Sam in danger.
Witch says kill me and all of them fall apart. She offers her power and my doll, your mother, will stay with you and your sister forever. Dean tries to convince him to refuse. She makes him stop talking. So, do we have a deal?
Alicia saves Sam. mom stands up and stabs Alicia.
Take it. A ring. And the deal is done. Dean struggles for his gun. Max close to taking the ring. Dean shoots her.
Sam facing two dolls.
Witch falls. The dolls disintegrate. Sam with Alicia.
Dean says that deal was with a demon. You touch that magic, you lose your soul. Sam yells for Dean.
Alicia passes out. Max goes to her. Please! Hey, hey....please don't, no, no, no.... So I guess he doesn't know a healing spell.
**She must've been stabbed in the artery in the abdomen to die that fast, bleeding out internally. Otherwise, there should be time for paramedics. But that's me putting real life medicine into TV again. The body triggers deep tissue swelling to limit bleeding when you're injured. It saves your life unless the damage is catastrophic with too many wounds at once.
Max sitting outside. Sam struggles with words. Max says I could've saved them, if I'd taken Alicia seriously. Dean tries, but Max says stop talking. Please. Sam says sure. Dean says we have to burn the bodies, Max. Max can do it. Should do it. You two get out of here. Please! Please just...... They do.
In the car. Sam says you did the right thing. Dean says he seems super saved. Watching the loving family, and just like that, it's gone. Sam says you couldn't let Max make a deal for his soul. Dean says who am I to stop him? Sam says he'll be alright. Dean isn't so sure.
Max made an Alicia doll. She sees the blood on his hands. He'll explain, but we have to go how. Her real body is left behind on the bed. He sets it on fire.
Sam asleep. Dean checks the voice mails. Listens. Wakes Sam. It's Mom, something's wrong.
Ketch has her in the chair. Wakes her. Good of you to rejoin me. A taser? Not really a fair fight. He says if you were as ruthless as I am, this could've worked out. Remember, Mary, I gave you a chance. She asks if he's going to kill her. The Lady says don't be silly, you're an asset. We have other plans for you. She sits. Now Mary, let's begin.
