Heather comes to the apartment. Cat? She wakes Vincent. They startle each other. He asks what time it is? I fell asleep......oh no, I'm such a jerk! It's too hard. Heather asks what? He says I should be talking about this with Catherine, not you. She says I'm going to be your sister in law. He says no more wedding stuff. She says that's why I'm here.

Cat comes home. Vincent? Candles lit. He left a note "us". On the roof. With wine. To us. Please forgive me for last night. She understands. He says yeah, there's no time for us to enjoy us. Please tell me there's progress on the case. She says HS told us to drop out. But she's not. He shows her Heather's wedding binder. Heather had all the stuff planned for herself, so now the planning is done. All we have to do is customize it a bit. It's in 6 weeks. One less thing to worry about. Vincent hears a rifle chambered and gets Cat down before the shot.
Cat pulls the 7mm bullet out of the wall. Same caliber that hit Agent Thomas. Vincent says he doesn't know where it came from. We need to get off this roof. We're moving to the houseboat.
Morning. Cat asks why did the shooter miss? Why didn't the killer kill me? Vincent says because I saved you. She says maybe not. He hasn't gotten around to selling the boat. She says you're not holding on to it as a back-up... He says better marry me, then. She says in 6 weeks? Vincent asks if she's sure about using Heather's plan. She says yes.
JT trying to figure out if he has powers. Tess brings the bullet over. How are you feeling? He says fine. She asks if he's still worried. He says he's over it. How's Cat? Tess says not bad, considering someone's trying to kill her. He says it's like old times. She looks at his white board. You liar, you are worried. He says I'm not paranoid, I'm just looking at it scientifically. Maybe it's nothing, or maybe something's in my blood. I need to know.
Cat wants to break into thomas' room. Vincent says it's nuts. Cat says the bullet that killed Thomas had trace amounts of plastic on it. We have to see what it hit. Vincent says if we get caught, we lose our jobs and I just started here.
They sneak into the room. She spots a hole in the TV shroud. He looks at the back. Then the window. The shooter shot through the window and TV. Bob and Carol burst in. Hands in the air now!

Cat and Carol get in. Cat downloads from the computer.
Bob asks if you picked a date, yet. Vincent says 6 weeks. Heather keeps calling him. Vincent gives the phone to JT. Bob says there's a lot of pressure around weddings. Being engaged is like a test to see if you can make it that far.
heather says if Cat and Vincent don't sign the contracts, the wedding will fall through.
Carol says we have a breach. Cat says the download is at 90%. They fight a bunch of goons. Cat gets the files. They run out.
Vincent thanks JT.
They meet Carol and Cat. Weren't followed. Carol says she kicks ass. Vincent wants to look at the files first. Carol says okay. Then maybe you tell us what you really know. Cat likes them and wishes they could tell them. Yeah.
Vincent calls JT. Shooter shoots at JT. JT's hand is hurt and the thumb drive shattered.
JT patched up at the hospital. It's a clean shot. Will take a while to heal. The shooter was after the flash drive. Carol says their office was ransacked, too. Cat wants to tell them about the experiments. Vincent doesn't agree.
The house boat. Heather put out choices. Vincent says we don't have time. We have people coming over. Cat says plan it, the simpler the better. Heather says I didn't plan a simple wedding. Cat says that's what I want. Heather runs out. Vincent says something isn't right. He has a feeling. We shouldn't rush into trusting Bob and Carol. Cat says she'll cancel. Voice mail.
JT instructs Tess since he can't use his hand. Tess wants to be focusing on Captain. JT asks if this is the bullet that shot me. It looks exactly like the other 2! As if another bullet hit it in mid-flight. He calls Vincent. There are 2 shooters. One had to change the angle.
Cat says There are no agents named Bob and Carol Hall. So what do they want?
Scuba divers in the water. Bob says it's too bad. I liked them. Carol says me, too. But we can't risk them knowing about the experiments. They place explosives on the boat.
Cat and Vincent discuss how they could shoot that well. How do we stop them if they can anticipate us? Bob and Carol arrive with wine. Sorry we're late.
Bomb timer counting down.
Awkward silence. Bob says it's a nice place. Thanks. Carol says wedding planning in full swing? Cat says nothing can stop that. Carol admires that you're very determined. Cat and Vincent leave the room to "talk to Heather". 8 minutes.
Vincent says they're assassins. Bob and Carol come upstairs. Cat asks who you really work for? Why'd you put us through this? Carol's idea. Rushing things is not the right way. Tess doesn't have letters of recommendation. But she arrested Julio Espinosa. That's my letter of recommendation. She got the job! JT is proud of her. Do you feel like celebrating tonight? He says yeah, I feel good. Hasn't needed a painkiller. See you tonight, Captain.
JT takes the bandage off. His hand is healed.
Cat and Heather. Heather apologizes. Cat says you don't have to. Heather says getting dumped sucks. Cat says this is the problem with quick engagements. it's so easy to get lost in craziness.
