As Robbie Reyes struggles to control The Ghost Rider, S.H.I.E.L.D. infiltrates a high-security prison to unravel the secrets that haunt them all, on “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,” TUESDAY, OCTOBER 25 (10:00-11:00 p.m. EDT), on the ABC Television Network.

“Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” stars Clark Gregg as Agent Phil Coulson, Ming-Na Wen as Agent Melinda May, Chloe Bennet as Daisy Johnson, Iain De Caestecker as Agent Leo Fitz, Elizabeth Henstridge as Agent Jemma Simmons, and Henry Simmons as Agent Alphonso “Mack” MacKenzie.

Episode 5:

into a cellar. Lucy and Joseph looking for the book in a basement. They find it buried. They open the Darkhold. Pages are blank and then..... It's in German. She's reading English. German is Joe's first language. What if it's reading us?

Joseph is having the visions, freaking out. He codes. He buried the book back where he found it.

Lucy gets it.

Too late, she knows. Joseph dies.

Lucy opens the book. But it won't reveal to her.

The bus. Coulson and Mack and May. Coulson doesn't want to tell the Director. Mack wants to talk to Eli Morrow again. Robbie says he won't talk. Mack says Fitz is close on the antidote. Robbie wants to go to his uncle. Coulson says he stays on the plane.

Robbie and Daisy. He wants off the plane. She says that'd put you in Utah. He says he's been careful until she showed up. She gets this is personal, but you need to trust SHIELD. She keeps her distance because it's best for everyone. Hanging out in the Quinjet.

Fitz and Simmons. She's quiet. She has her lie detection today. i don't want another secret. We're supposed to share everything. We share a bed and you kept things from me. It's fascinating and now IT will get me sacked. I'm terrible at keeping secrets. Fitz will help her practice. She says no, go, Coulson needs you. I'm not getting fired today. He leaves. She says who am I kidding? She thinks she's toast.

Prison. May and Coulson. He thought she'd want to talk about her death. He doesn't remember his death and wants to know what she saw. Elias Morrow to be transferred to SHIELD custody. We called ahead. May hates paperwork, heh. The warden seeing visions. He starts shooting with a shotgun and says You can't fool me, demons!

May knocks him out. More crazies. Lucy's here. Coulson tells Mack.

Mack updating the team. Giving orders. Robbie says I'm going. Mack says no. Daisy says yes. He can kill the ghosts. Mack says you don't leave my sight. This is an icer only op. Fitz is 5 minutes out, so we leave in 6. Gear up. Daisy puts gauntlets on again. Fitz brought the antidote. Mack tells him to stay. Fitz instructs them on how to use the injector.

Guards not there. Teams split up.

Simmons in her test. They ask if she was a member of Hydra. She says yes, undercover. He asks if she's ever obtained information she is obligated to tell the Director. Director comes in. Come with me now.

Mack and Robbie in the prison. Fitz on the comm. The ghosts are out of sight so far. Robbie talks to a prisoner in Spanish. Mack reminds him to move on. Mack doesn't think Robbie can control the thing inside him.

Daisy meets up with Coulson and May.

Fitz tells the team the fastest route to Eli. Watchdogs are recruiting in prison. May sees Lucy. Lucy opens the cell doors.

Coulson asks Fitz for an exit. Fitz says all doors open. Coulson says do it. They do and run.

Director and Simmons. Can I trust you? Definitely. He says great, I need your help. He needs facts to back up our case for this debate about Inhumans. He wants what's in her head in his head. Tell me what to say. We're live in 15 minutes.

Mack and Robbie. Robbie says my uncle can't know what I am, so I'll keep it down. Ghost stalking them. Robbie flames up a chain again. No more ghost. Ghost busted. Another ghost shows up. Robbie toasts it and saves Mack. Mack's seeing the vision. I'm infected. He injects the back of his neck.

Director live. Debate with Nadeer. She asks Mace why human lives aren't the priority. Simmons tells him what to say. Nadeer keeps pressing. She asks about a compromised prison outside LA. Surprise! Director covers.

Coulson and May and Daisy run through the cafeteria. Still being chased. Daisy takes them on to let May and Coulson get out. This is my fight.

Coulson tells Fitz to find them another way into the cafeteria. Daisy's fighting pretty well. Even against a big guy that knock her down. More prisoners coming.

Robbie and Mack get to Eli. Break him out. Lucy is here and she's coming for you. She can walk through walls. And she has the book. Eli agrees to go.

Daisy fighting in the kitchen. She's starting to lose.

Nadeer pushing about fatalities. Director says less people have died since the Accords. She doesn't think he's the man for the job. He turns off his earpiece. And says I am the man for the job. I'm not just a man, I'm an Inhuman. My life also changed when I went through Terrigenesis, and people like me should not be hunted down.

Fitz sent May and Coulson to the garbage shoot. May says she saw him when she died. Don't let it go to your head.

Daisy being choked. May and Coulson save her. May helps Daisy up and chews her out. Coulson says Daisy needs a medic. Asks Fitz about the extraction.

Mack and Robbie close to getting out. Mack hangs back to help some guards.

Prisoners rioting. Robbie passes the prisoner he talked to. Tells Eli to go, I'll be right behind you. SHIELD will meet you in the yard.

The prisoner says he's reformed. Robbie talks to him about the incident where his brother was shot. The man was in the prison. The hit wasn't his. Ghost Rider still wants vengeance. Prisoners run and hide and lock themselves in again. Heh.

Police arrive at the prison. SHIELD wraps up. Eli not there. Robbie catches up. Where's my uncle?

Lucy has Eli. Gets him in an ambulance.

Director's approval numbers through the roof. He tells Simmons she was a great help. Your polygraph generated some alarming results, so I'd like you to give another go. She says you don't want me to strap back into that machine. I'd have to tell the truth about Vienna. Director exempts her from further testing. She thanks him.

May and Daisy. I know what you're doing, distancing yourself. I invented that move. Phil found me in that cubicle and dragged me out. he won't give up on you. You don't get to choose who cares about you. Coulson has a bigger heart than most. Lincoln wouldn't want you killing yourself over what happened. Daisy says she promised she'd see this operation through. After that, I'm gone.

Coulson watching tape. Lucy with Eli. What does she want with him?

The lab. Still has dead agent bodies. Lucy wants Eli to read the book because she can't. We're going to fix me, then finish what we started. He opens the Darkhold.

Director in the car. Meeting with Nadeer. She congratulates him on the poll numbers. She shows him footage of the team in the prison. And of Ghost Rider. He came in and left with SHIELD. These will go to ABC news in 2 hours. He asks what she wants. She grins.
