Alex (Chyler Leigh) decides it’s time to come out to her mother; Kara (Melisa Benoist) is shocked when Eliza suggests Mon-El (Chris Wood) has feelings for her, and Winn (Jeremy Jordan) and James (Mehcad Brooks) consider telling Kara the truth about the Guardian. Meanwhile, CADMUS unleashes a virus that instantly kills any alien in the vicinity so Kara enlists an unexpected ally – Lena Luthor (Katie McGrath). CW Midseason Dates

Archie drama Riverdale will debut Thursday, Jan. 26 at 9 p.m. ET, pushing Supernatural to Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET.

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, meanwhile, will move to Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET starting Jan. 24.

Once Legends of Tomorrow airs its season finale on March 28, iZombie will debut with a two-hour premiere on Tuesday, April 4 at 8 p.m. ET before moving to its regular time period at 9 p.m following new episodes of The Flash.

The 100 will return on Wednesday, Feb. 1 at 9 p.m. ET following Arrow.

Reign returns for its fourth season on Friday, Feb. 10 at 9 p.m. ET.

The Vampire Diaries series finale will air Friday, March 10, with The Originals returning the following week on Friday, March 17 at 8 p.m. ET.

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend will wrap its second season on Friday, Feb. 3 at 9 p.m.

The season finale of No Tomorrow will air Tuesday, Jan. 17 at 9 p.m. ET, with the season finale of Frequency slated for Wednesday, Jan. 25 at 9 p.m.
