Episode 14:

Heartbeat. The farm.
The hospital. Lois at Clark's side. He wakes. Lois. She wakes in the chair and moves to him. Takes his hand. You're back.

The farm. The boys in the kitchen. Jordan hears Mom and Dad coming home. Their phones glitch on the table. Boys rush to hug Clark. Clark needs to sit down already. He stumbles on the front steps. I'm not getting better. Lois says Ally completely drained your cells of solar energy. It'll take time. Clark says something's wrong. I need to see my mom and figure out why. Jordan's afraid to fly him there. Lois says he doesn't have to. They'll ask John Henry.

Natalie and John. Figuring out Ally sucked energy. Knock on the door. Clark. Come in! He thanks them. You saved my life. Natalie says the world needs Superman. They all want to know how Ally steals powers.

Sarah isn't dressed to go. Lana insists. Gathers her things to go. Have either of you seen the keys? Ally's on TV! Merge both earths into one. Who is that?

The Gazette. Chrissy seeing the computer glitch. Asks how's Superman? Chrissy wants to publish what Ally did. It's our job to warn people. Lois doesn't want to panic them. Chrissy insists. The text is now backwards!

Clark talking to his mother's hologram. Your cells have been severely damaged. Altered. Until they heal, you will remain as you are now. How long will that take? Hard to be certain. Your cells need time to adjust. Clark didn't develop powers until he was 4 years old! There has to be a way to speed this up. The hologram glitches. John calls Clark's attention to the outside. Red sky.

Smallville sees the same.

Lana on the phone trying to call Clark.

Boys look up. Everyone in town does, too. And at the desert Fortress. The worlds are close.

Sam arrives at the farm. Looks up at the sky. Lois asks for an update. Lucy only knows what Ally told us. John and Clark return. There's nothing my mother can do. Weeks, months, maybe even longer. Jordan asks if that means Ally wins, game over? Chrissy wants to meet with Lana to put out a statement. Sam wants to lie to everyone again. Shut Chrissy down. Lois tells the boys to stick together. Keep your ears on high alert. They leave the kitchen. Clark feels guilty he can't help the world now.

TV says the double sun is a refraction. Townspeople don't believe the report. Lana gives the girls to Kyle. Lana's heading to the office now. Tells the people she'll let them know if she learns anything. Kyle gives her a pep talk. She asks him and his team to be at a town hall at the high school to keep people calm. Chrissy calls Lana and she leaves.

John in space getting readings. The red sun is low radiation. Natalie says they don't have much time. Sam wants to identify an energy source and track the point of origin. They're working on it. Sam tells Clark this isn't on you. If you did anything wrong, it's saving me. Saving a life is never a mistake, Sam. Especially yours. I'll be outside.

Chrissy tells Lana. Lois arrives. It's not light reading. Lana is shocked about the truth. Have you talked to Superman about this? Is there anything he can do? Lois says Ally stole his powers. Lana asks why tell her all this? So I can keep them calm? Lois says she's telling her so she's armed with the truth. It's up to you to decide what to do with it.

Jordan listening. Jonathan asks if he hears anything. Clark sitting in the yard. His heart is weak. He's got nothing. He can't even hear them from here. Get inside! Lana Rho lands.

Jordan tells her to stay away. She attacks him. Clark says take me! John and Natalie land and Lana Rho takes off. Jonathan checks on Jordan.

Less than 12 hours until the worlds merge. Everything transforms. Everything. Subatomic recombination. You merge, you die. There's a distinctive energy flow from the mines. But Ally's not in there. Clark says she's in the portal. In the space between worlds. John wants to go in to take her out. Natalie says WE. Clark wants to help. John says you did everything you could. We got this. Sam tells them Godspeed.

Kyle comes to Lana's office. She asks what's better? Knowing something terrible will happen? Or not knowing and not worrying. I don't have anyone else to talk to about this. She called him. She doesn't know what to do. He asks who are you protecting by not telling the truth? It's difficult to be the one when the truth isn't good. He knew Tanya was wrong, but if you keep a secret long enough, it feels like it never happened. Like the lie is the truth. She says you had to know I'd find out eventually. Yes. You have to be brave enough to tell them when it matters. I wasn't. But you are. Don't know if that helps. She says it did. Get the girls. I want to talk to them first before the town hall.

In the farmhouse. Lois raced home. Jordan is upset that Rho kicked his ass. Guilty he couldn't protect Dad. What if she comes back? What will we do?

Lois tells Clark that the town is terrified. He says Lana shouldn't have to be dealing with this. I'm Superman. I'm supposed to keep people safe. She says you're more than just your powers. People look to you for hope. Superman inspires. You inspire me and the boys every day because of your heart. The world needs you. You're Superman. BE Superman.

High school. Lana addressing the town. The red sun is real. I want you all to be prepared. There's another world like ours. An inverse world. That red sun is their sun. There's something that wants to combine our world with theirs. Soon, you'll see doppelgangers. You must avoid them at all costs. Lana says she asked Chrissy to not publish until she told people first. George heckled Lana. Lana says Superman's not coming. He has lost his powers and will not be coming to save us today. Let me finish! George says our mayor doesn't have real answers. Just the frightened talk of someone with no answers. We need answers from someone we can trust. Superman says maybe I can help with that. Jordan pulls Sarah aside and checks on her. Mom's been investigating this for weeks. Superman walks up front and says as a friend, I've come to assure you your mayor is telling the truth about everything. I saw what this town was capable of last year. Protecting each other. You can do it again. Your mayor is here for you, not herself. Lana says get home. Surround yourself with your families. The people from this other world may look like us, but they have a very different agenda. We'll get through this together.

John locks down Natalie's suit. You're not coming. I'll stop Ally, fix this, and be right back. I'm not leaving you alone. We have a family here. Be there to protect the boys and Lois and Clark while I'm gone. He enters his suit. We're still a team, Bug. We always will be. She watches his track on the computer. He says I love you, then signal lost.

Kyle compliments Lana. Lana's going to find Sarah, then let's meet at home, okay? He has Sophie. Lana Rho and Jon-El land! He uses the inhaler.

John flying in the portal. Impact! He tells Natalie he made it into the void between worlds. He sees Ally. We don't have much time.

Sarah and Jordan. This is why you're all so distracted? Why didn't you just tell me? He wanted to, but it wasn't his decision. Lana finds them. Sarah, we gotta get home. Rho appears. Jordan tells them to run. Red eyes.

Jon-El enters the auditorium. Superman says you're not going to hurt my family. Jon says you could've made my dad whole. But since he's dead, you might as well be, too. He charges Superman.

John sees Ally. Target locked. Fires at her. She absorbs it and sends it back at him!

At least put up a fight. Jonathan says leave him alone. El grabs Superman's throat. You've lost.

Jordan pushed back. Regroups. They land in the auditorium and he uses her against Jon-El. Vision vs vision.

Natalie appealing to her dad.

Rho and El gang up on Jordan. Beat on him. Natalie arrives with the hammer. They use it against the Bizarros.

Bizarros taken away by DOD. Sam says they've lost contact with John Henry. The Kents are going home. Sam still has work to do. Boys okay? Relative to what. Where is Nat? Jordan hears her.

She's staring at the screen worried about her dad. The Kents go to her. Clark says that's twice you've saved my life now. Natalie says it's the end of the world and she's sitting in the farmhouse because she doesn't know where else to go. His signal is lost. She has a feeling like she'll never see him again. Lois says your dad's a hero. He's out there fighting for us right now. You have to believe he's coming back. She holds Nat while she cries.

John floating in space. Unconscious.

Sarah accuses Lana of knowing Jordan has powers. Puts it all together. Why didn't you just tell me? I wanted you to have a normal life. Sarah doesn't believe that. You should've just told me! It would've made a difference! Lana says that secret you learned is important in ways you don't understand. Do not say it to anyone.

The worlds are merging closer. Things changing. Where's Kyle? Square coffee cup.

The farmhouse. What happened to our home? it's the house from the other earth.

Ally smiles.

Next ep - finale. Pray for a miracle. Sam says don't go losing hope, yet! Clark says there's still one person who can stop her - me.

How (or if) Ally’s onslaught is reversed is as secret as Clark’s identity. What Helbing can reveal is that viewers will finally find out how Superman & Lois “fits into the Arrowverse.” Throughout the finale, Lois’ father, General Lane (Dylan Walsh), “mentions [things] where you’re gonna be like, ‘Wait, what?’ And then he gives a speech that is very clear. You learn everything from him,” the exec producer promises, adding, “General Lane has the most inspirational grandfather/father moment that he’s had so far in the series.”

Finally, expect a last-minute visit from Arrow vet David Ramsey’s John Diggle, although the fan fave’s presence has more to do with Superman & Lois’ future than its past. “That [scene] is to tee up our big bad for Season 3,” Helbing says.
